The Kiss of Death Tour - A Night of Terror with Ice Nine Kills
Ice Nine Kills performed to a packed house at The Astro Amphitheater in La Vista, Nebraska, on The Kiss of Death Tour 2024. Ice Nine Kills joined forces with metal band, In This Moment, for a co-headlining tour with support from Avatar and TX2. This carefully crafted line-up of bands each put on a spectacular show this past Friday.
Ice Nine Kills went on stage in blood-covered clothing, which was eye-catching and gory, but on theme for the band whose music is focused on storytelling and horror themes. The set was also gruesome, with props such as body parts and a giant grim reaper figure behind the band.
The show started off with “Rainy Day,” a song with a powerful sound which helped set the high energy from the band and the audience for the rest of the show. Ice Nine Kills’ performances are theatrical, with everything being perfectly timed and executed between the songs and different acts on stage.
As the sun started to set, they continued the theme of horror throughout their show, reenacting or referencing scenes from various horror movies.. During “IT is the End”, Spencer wore a clown mask that was very reminiscent of Pennywise. He performed in character and stalked the person playing Georgie.
